With a vast background in Customer Service, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for seeing people succeed. I have always taken great pride in developing and training people throughout my career.

After 14 years of being a Police Officer and working as a Detective in London and Devon, I grew fed up of being sat at a desk with endless paperwork and not feeling like i was achieving much. I felt like I need a change and having a passion for driving I liked the idea of coaching people how to drive. Now I am a fully qualified instructor with the DVSA and am loving it.
